Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose your items in the shop and follow the checkout steps. Available options and next steps are shown before you submit your order.

Question 2

Are your mochi donuts really gluten-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We operate out of an exclusively gluten-free kitchen, meaning no gluten-containing ingredients (wheat, barley, or rye) ever enter our space. This eliminates cross-contamination risk, making our treats safe for those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or wheat allergies.

Question 3

Are Mochi Mia donuts vegan, egg free, or dairy free?

Accepted Answer

Not currently — our donuts contain eggs and dairy. Gluten free is the one thing we can promise completely, and we'd rather be upfront than claim to be everything to everyone.

Question 4

Are Mochi Mia donuts nut free?

Accepted Answer

No. Some flavors have nuts or coconut, and we handle nuts in our kitchen, so we can't promise any donut is free from cross contact. If you have a nut allergy, we'd rather you skip us than take a chance — you deserve a straight answer on that one.

Question 5

Where and when is pickup?

Accepted Answer

Available pickup choices appear during checkout. The confirmed location, date, and time will be included with your order details.

Question 6

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Accepted Answer

No, we currently do not offer delivery or shipping. All our mochi donuts are made fresh the same day we sell them, so pickup is required to enjoy them at their best! You can get your Mochi Mia fix by visiting us at the St. Philip's Plaza market on select Saturdays. Check out our upcoming market drops for more information.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Available payment methods are shown before you complete checkout and are summarized in your order confirmation.

Question 8

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact details in your order confirmation to ask about a change or cancellation. What is possible may depend on the order status and timing.

Question 9

Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?

Accepted Answer

Check the product details for available ingredient and allergen information. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a specific item.
